For Seashipping-to-Ports Warriors

Shipping Method & Shipping Duration
Sea shipping is the most secure way to ship terra cotta warrior replicas overseas. Usually, it takes about 40-60 days for our products to arrive North America, Southeast Asia and Australia; 60 - 80 days to Europe and the Mediterranean region; 80 - 100 days to South America and Africa. About six days before your merchandise arrives, our agent in your country will fax or email you an arrival notice. It will include the ship's name, arriving date, the telephone or fax number of the warehouse and free storage time limit, etc. Please read the arrival notice carefully to avoid unnecessary costs.  

Online Price Inclusions
1. Terracotta Warrior replica price;
2. Marine Insurance;
3. Sea shipping fee to certain ports included in this list. If your preferred destination port is not in our list, please contact us for shipping fee.

Online Price Exclusions
1. Customs Clearance and Destination Charge to be collected in your country;
2. Transportation fee from the port warehouse to your doorstep;
3. Other fees might occur after the warrior arrives your country.

Damaged Merchandise
If the warrior is damaged upon arrival or is different from the one you have ordered from us, please email us a clear photo of it. A free replacement will be delivered to you as soon as possible no matter you purchase marine insurance or not.

Payment
Full payment is required once the order is made via PayPal, Western Union or Wire Transfer.

Our Responsibility
1. The Bill of Lading will be provided by email several days after the order boards the ship in the port Xingang, Tianjin.
2. Free replacement will be provided for damaged or wrong warriors.

Cancellation and Refunds
1. Any cancellation made within 3 days after the order is made, full payment will be refunded.
2. Cancellations made after 3 days but before 7 days will result in a $200 cancellation fee and the rest of your payment will be refunded. 
3. No cancellation is allowed after 7 days.
4. If the client refuses to accept a free replacement of a damaged warrior, partial refund will be made after subtracting the handling fee (15% of the total cost), shipping freight, marine insurance and miniature's cost (if applicable) .

For Shipping-to-Door Warriors

Shipping Method & Shipping Duration
We use China Post EMS, which cooperates with different delivery services worldwide. Shipping usually takes less than 2 weeks, which means once an order is placed, it should reach you within one month. So far, we only provide shipping-to-door services to certain countries. Please consult before placing an order.
