1. Can I put the Terracotta Warriors outside in my garden?
   
   Though warriors' bodies remain intact in the rain or humid weather, etc., their painting coats will come off, which is why we suggest not to put warriors outside. If you have to put them outside, please use some kinds of shelter.
   
   
2. Do you have a local distributors?
   
   No. A local distributor will raise the price near 3-fold higher. Our price is the best you can find across the web with the same quality.
   
   
3. How can I pay you?
   
   We accept Wire Transfer, Paypal and credit card (by Paypal or Western Union). We are a verfied member of Paypal.   
   
   
4. What guarantee do I have?
   
   For damaged replicas upon arrival, we send free replacements. More information of this, can be got at the Terms page.
   
   
   
5. How to make an order online?
   
   It is very easy to make an order online. You just need to add your favorite warriors to your shopping basket, after selecting the color, marine insurance, shipping to
   port and size, and then continue to register online, which only takes a few minutes, you will be led to edit the delivery address (Please notice that currently we only provide mailing-to-door services for 1/3 life sized replicas to USA. Replicas of other sizes will be shipped to ports). Click ‘continue’ button you will be transferred to PayPal’s site to make the payment.
   
   If your port is not listed in our dropdown menu, please leave the name of the port you’d like us to ship to in your comments (the ports information can be found at our port list page).    Once the payment is made, you should receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours. If it fails to be so, please make sure our email is not filtered into your spam folder and contact us in time.
   
   
6. Will the warrior be delivered to my home?
   
   We ship the warriors to ports not to our clients’ home except for 1/3 life sized warriors with extra charges mailing to USA. 
   
   Our free shipping policy covers sea shipping terracotta warriors to most ports in USA, UK and Australia, all of which are included in our dropdown menu of the Port of Destination, shown on each product page.
   
   
   
7. What are the destination charges?
   
   For overseas ocean shipping, there are Destination fees and Customs clearance fees charged in every country, both of which are charged at the destination ports. The Destination charges usually include fees occurred at the destination port, eg. De-vanning fee, document fee, customs inspection fee, etc. Customs clearance fee usually includes Customs clearance, import duty and VAT, etc. If you would like to make any overseas orders shipping over sea, we would like to suggest you be aware of these charges.  These charges vary in different countries, even port to port in the same country. If you have any doubt, please contact us before you purchase.
   
   
   
8. How do you ship my order to me and how long does it take?
   Sea shipping is the most secure way to ship warriors. Usually, it takes about 40-60 days for our products to arrive North America, Southeast Asia and Australia; 60 - 80 days to Europe and the Mediterranean region; 80 - 100 days to South America and Africa. About six days before your merchandise arrives, our agent in your country will fax or email you an arrival notice. It will include the ship's name, arriving date, the telephone or fax number of the warehouse and free storage time limit, etc. Please read the arrival notice carefully to avoid unnecessary costs.
